Don’t waste by Rabina66
Before the fresh foods go bad I try to freeze them in usable sizes. Example, celery can be cut up and frozen in water. This is good for soups and stir fry’s.

Had family over for dinner. Cooked too much pasta. Created different meals throughout the week using the pasta so no waste.

Week 2, went much the same. No waste this week but about 3 lbs. for compost. Week 3, I found the meal planner a real asset. I only bought what we could eat and freeze. Only purchased extras on sale if they we non perishable.
