Land Needs Analysis Report
The County’s Land Needs Analysis will be presented to Dufferin County Council in February 2022 for adoption. The purpose of this study is to conform with the Provincial Growth Plan (2020, consolidated) regarding:
- Population and employment forecasts
- Minimum intensification targets
- Greenfield density targets
In addition to determining the residential and employment lands needs for each local municipality.
