The Dufferin County Equity Collaborative (DCEC) has been working together to build a framework focused on collective impact and equity.
Why Equity?
The equity lens focuses on goals designed to ensure everyone in our community has a range of opportunities so they can be successful, regardless of their starting point. Equity recognizes that some groups in our community may require extra support and resources to provide the same opportunities to reach and maintain their best state of well-being.
Take a look at the lifecycle of this project to learn more about some of DCEC's accomplishments thus far, and goals for the future.
